I’m Gabriella — movement educator, wellness entrepreneur, creator, and founder of Muse Embodied. I’m here to share my journey on how to actually embody the life you can’t stop envisioning even if there isn’t proof it’s possible.

Over nearly a decade in wellness, I’ve taught across studios, universities, athletic programs, private clubs, corporate environments, and beyond. Along the way, I’ve trained across multiple disciplines and spent years studying anatomy, alignment, nervous system awareness, and wisdom from different cultures — always asking the same question: how can we use the body as a pathway to knowing and becoming more of ourselves?
Building my own wellness business taught me how to take something that existed only in my head and establish the systems, habits, skills, and confidence required to bring it into the world.
In 2026, I founded Muse Embodied and developed The Muse Method, a virtual boutique studio rooted in the philosophy that movement is a practice of self-mastery and self-empowerment.
I built every piece of the vision myself — the brand, the website, the content, and the programming. Throughout the process, I learned how building a business is its own kind of practice. Life asked me to believe in myself before there was proof to be seen, before I felt ready, and to keep showing up anyway.

But this time, instead of sitting in an empty studio, I relocated to Puerto Rico, lost a parent, and brought years of teaching in Boston online, all while repeatedly being challenged to step outside everything familiar.
In many ways, the last few years have been the ultimate example of how what I teach on the mat is directly applicable to life outside the studio — courage, patience, flexibility, trust and relentless optimism and faith in self. Life became the practice.
But movement is only one piece of the picture.

Today, my work is expanding beyond movement to helping creators, entrepreneurs, and anyone building a new life move from vision to embodiment — turning ideas, desires, and dreams into something they can actually live.
Through movement, wellness, creativity, content creation, and intentional self-development, I help people strengthen and nurture their most important relationship — the one they have with themselves — and ultimately, create a life that feels aligned with who they actually want to be.
Yes, I am a teacher — but I’ll always be a student.
Love,Gabriella
